In order to determine which solutions are best suited to move you forward quickly to your desired goal, it is first imperative to diagnose and review your businesses current position. James has successfully run more than 15 businesses across 25 years, won numerous awards including Telstra and BRW and has been recognized as growing one of the fastest and most successful companies in Australia.
His first, a pizza store at the age of 19. This business over the next 11 years grew into a chain of 14 stores named 'Pizza Lovers' and was sold to Domino's in 2004 for a lot of dough...... (Dad humor). During this transition he worked for Domino's as the operations manager in 2004/2005.
Next, in mid 2005, he Founded and was CEO of Positive Training Solutions. Over a 10 year period this company grew rapidly delivering world class customer service and hospitality training dominating the food retail franchise market, including McDonald's, KFC, Subway & Domino's and every other major food franchise brand.
Positive Training Solutions had triple digit growth in years 7, 8, 9 & 10 and placed 16th on the BRW Fast 100 list expanding from one client to 1500+ key clients and amassing revenues of $10million per annum. The hospitality training arm of the business was sold for an undisclosed sum in 2014.
James continues to push the envelope of the value proposition that offers his clients with an unwavering entrepreneurial zest and enthusiasm that is both infectious and well, yes, positive!
